SEALED Basic Fun Donkey Kong Video Arcade Keychain from the famous White Mountain collection, with the collector's penned note, difficult to decipher but possibly 'Thu 8/6/2000'. Some wear due to age.
Provenance: Formerly from the Kennett Neily collection, of White Mountain pedigree fame. Kennett Neily assembled one of the best Silver Age comic book collections and made history during Sotheby’s sales in 1991-1993 (first major Comic Book and Comic Art auctions). Kennett Neily also collected video games and followed the same approach as for comic books, i.e., he kept them in sealed containers and wrote the date of purchase. Those pen marks have become the signature of objects once part of the White Mountain collection.
