Die Kaffeemaschine ist zwei Jahre alt und funktioniert einwandfrei. Sie weist einige normale Gebrauchsspuren auf (siehe Fotos).

Sie verfügt über ein integriertes, programmierbares Mahlwerk, eine volumetrische Dosierung für einfache und doppelte Shots sowie einen integrierten Shot-Timer, was den Workflow sehr einfach und komfortabel macht.

Ich habe folgende Anpassungen vorgenommen, um die Extraktionsqualität deutlich zu verbessern:
- Mahlwerk-Modifikation: Ermöglicht ein feineres Mahlen für optimale Ergebnisse.
- IMS-Duschsieb: Sorgt für eine gleichmässigere Wasserverteilung auf dem Kaffeepuck.
- OPV auf max. 10.5 Bar eingestellt: Verhindert Channeling und optimiert die Extraktion.
- Druckregulierung: Kit von Shades of Coffee mit Drehregler verbaut (siehe Foto), um das Druckprofil während der Extraktion manuell zu steuern.

Die Maschine wurde stets sorgfältig gepflegt, regelmässig gereinigt und pünktlich entkalkt. Im Lieferumfang enthalten sind drei einwandige Siebe (9g, 12g und 18g), ein doppelwandiges Sieb (9g), ein Dosierring sowie ein hochwertiger Tamper.

The machine is a couple of years old and in perfect working order, with some normal signs of cosmetic wear (please see photos).

It features a built-in programmable grinder, volumetric shot control for single and double doses, and a shot timer, making it very easy to dial in and automate your workflow.

I have made a few upgrades to improve extraction quality and workflow:
- Grinder modification: Allows for finer grind adjustments suitable for light rots or demanding coffees.
- IMS shower screen: Ensures a more even water distribution across the coffee puck.
- OPV set to max 10.5 bar: Helps prevent channelling and optimizes extraction.
- Pressure profiling control: Installed the Shades of Coffee rotary regulator kit (see attached photo) to manually control the pressure profile during extraction.

The machine has been carefully maintained, regularly cleaned, and descaled on schedule. Included in the sale are three unpressurised baskets (9g, 12g, and 18g), one pressurised basket (9g), a dosing funnel, and a high-quality tamper.
