I am offering an amplifier from my collection a true Japanese high-end legend – the Accuphase E-302!
I give 3 months guarantee based on the restoration I have done!
Accuphase has long represented the absolute pinnacle of Japanese audio engineering – meticulous, overbuilt, and built to last generations. First released in 1984, the E-302 is a statement integrated amplifier that has lost nothing with age. It delivers 120 watts per channel into 8Ω with a total harmonic distortion of just 0.01% and a damping factor of 120 – figures that shame many modern amplifiers costing far more. The output stage runs a parallel push-pull configuration with four 120W transistors, driven by an FET stage, and powered by a massive 700VA transformer – this is an amplifier engineered without compromise. The built-in phono stage handles both MM and MC cartridges, and the iconic illuminated VU meters make every listening session a visual pleasure.
What has been addressed in this unit: Complete recap of all boards (with high quality capacitorslike Nichicon Fine Gold, Panasonic, etc); fresh thermal paste applied to the transistors at both channels; all potentiometers and switches cleaned with DeoxIt; indicator lamps upgraded to warm white LEDs; bias adjusted to factory specification. Cleaned thoroughly inside and out. The amplifier operates perfectly in every respect.
Please note: minor age-related marks may be present, consistent with a 40-year-old instrument of this calibre.
Collection and test are preferred, but a well packed shipment is also an option. Buyer bears the shipment costs and the risk of damage during shipment.
