A short YKK® zipper 60 cm long and an elastic drawcord let you close the footbox on colder nights.
In warmer weather, open the zip to turn it into a light and airy blanket.
A practical pad attachment using elastic straps with buckles allows fast, intuitive adjustment and keeps everything in place through the night. Elastic loops are compatible with pads 50 to 60 cm wide, so the quilt stays stable even when you change position.
Hydrophobic down, thanks to its impregnation, retains its loft even when exposed to moisture. This is an excellent choice if you want to provide additional protection for your sleeping bag against getting wet and losing its insulating properties. It's also worth considering the use of Pertex® Quantum Pro fabric for the outer layer. These two solutions complement each other: the membrane effectively delays moisture penetration into the sleeping bag, while the impregnation further protects the down if moisture does make its way inside.
