This is the first traditional‑method sparkling wine (“méthode champenoise”) made from vineyards within the city of Zurich – a rare Blanc de Noir from Pinot Noir grapes that enjoys strong demand among local customers. It is a dry brut sparkling wine with fine bubbles, notes of apple, pear and apricot and fresh acidity, perfect as an aperitif or with light starters and vegetarian dishes. The bottle is 12% alcohol, 75 cl, vegan and has been stored at home in a wine rack away from direct sunlight.
