No Returns Accepted: Please carefully review the item description before purchasing, as all sales are final.
Payment: Payment is only accepted via the IBAN provided on Ricardo. You will receive the necessary details once you win the item.

Payment Deadline: The full payment must be received within 14 days of winning the item.
Shipping: We ship items several times per week.
Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 days after payment is received, except during holidays, in which case we will notify you in advance.

Items shipped as a standard letter (A-Mail/B-Mail) are not insured or tracked according to Swiss Post regulations. In the event that a letter is lost or damaged, no compensation is provided by Swiss Post, and we cannot be held responsible. By choosing letter shipping, the buyer accepts this risk.
