All used LEGO sets are carefully checked before listing.

Despite this, human error is possible, and some pieces may occasionally be missing.

If a set is found to be incomplete, you may choose to:

Receive a refund equivalent to the value of the missing pieces

Return the set at your expense for a full refund, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging.
