Good condition (it isn't a coat that wears out, i guess that it could be worn for the next 10 years (the fabric is unsensible and its great craftsmanship) the inner fabric is teared in one spot. there are no other signs of usage (on the outside). Looks like high fashion on the street.
Chemically cleaned and ready to be combined smartly.
