I bought it online from eBay
Please see the last photo: I cleaned the small pocket with a cotton pad and acetone to get rid of the sticky brown paint, which is known in the old LV bags, therefore what you see in the photo is the fabric, so the pocket can be used with no problem.
The rest of the bag has been cleaned with professionals products including the strap.
