In case of absence, events, or exceptional circumstances, shipping will be carried out as soon as possible during the following week.

📧 As soon as your parcel has been dropped off at the post office, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If your shipment includes a tracking number, it will be provided in this email.
If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you have not received any email, it simply means that your order has not yet been shipped.
📦 Combined shipping is available for multiple purchases.
🔒 Tracked shipping is mandatory for all orders over CHF 30.–.
