It’s worth starting with the fact that because the composition of the original Not A Perfume consisted entirely of cetalox, improving it by increasing the “concentration” of this substance (namely, such a step logically implies a rather concise list of notes in the pyramid of both the flanker and the original) would be difficult. Perfumes don't work like that: More cetalox doesn't equal more intensity, longevity, and sillage.

Let's clarify what this compound is, ready to become a whole fragrance. Cetalox is an analogue of ambroxan, which is produced by the Swiss company Firmenich. If you see a fragrance created by a Firmenich perfumer, for example, Alberto Morillas, with a note of ambergris or even "ambroxan" in the pyramid, there is a very high probability that it is about cetalox.
The effect is achieved without losing the essence of the Not A Perfume smell, while the Superdose version has received its superpower: diffusion and visibility at the level of fragrances like Bois Impérial. But is this an improvement? For myself, I love Not A Perfume for its delicacy and feline habits. I like it when it stealthily appears out of nowhere and disappears again in a second. Not A Perfume Superdose behaves differently. It flutters behind you like Superman's red cape, which is impossible to miss without looking (sniffing) once.
