Ahead of its competitors, Ibanez introduced the DCP series including the PPE1 programmable parametric EQ in 1988. The PPE1 is a very versatile, robust studio-quality EQ with 9 presets and parallel dry output.
When Boss GE-series is too simple and you'll need a bit more programmability, PPE1 will do the trick - in vintage modern style.
Plus it is a rare find with high collectibility value.
Unfortunately the box and papers have been lost on the way - which to my experience does not affect the sound at all! The pedal works with a standard 9V center-negative adapter (not included).
