Gabs Firenze Bag - Franco Gabrielli
Not sure where to begin with describing this bag - it is practical, roomy, versatile and also top quality - made in leather and made in Italy.
Has a square bucket shape which makes it very roomy, this one can really fit it and carry a lot of things - if you are that kind of woman or man!
Combines very nicely 3 colors - light beige, terracotta kind of orange for the front/back panels and darker beige, rather greige on the sides. Can be worn on either side, it has cut-out words - let’s be happy gabsy crazy on each of the 4 sides. The one thing that has never convinced me, hence the bag is virtually new is the turkis color that it is typical to the brand and incorporated via small details - the metal snaps (that have “Gabs Firenze I love change”written on them, the inner lining, the central color band of the long strap.
It has textile strap, with metal hooks, which is adjustable and also 2 handles made in leather - the latter are long enough to wear the bag on the shoulder too.
Now the coolest part - inside, it has another textile/nylon smaller bag, which is attached with snaps and can be detached and worn also as stand alone bag - has its own strap and it closes with a zipper. At the bottom it has additional snaps so it can change shape depending how much things you have inside or depending on how you prefer to wear it.
Both bags have inner pockets with zipper, the small one has two additional side pockets lined with leather on the top margins.
Both bags have a cotton lining.
The main bag comes with a leather branded charm holding mini post-it.
The total opening at the top is of circa 42 cm, depth circa 20 cm but having a square bottom it is actually deeper depending on what you fit inside. Measures circa 22 X 23 x 31. Let me know if you need specific measures, this design has so many sides not even sure what to measure ?!
The small nylon bag is circa 23 x 33 cms. Its strap is also adjustable.
The leather is super soft, after looking again closer at all the details I almost changed my mind about selling it - but I didn't wear it in years so it would be a pity for it to keep staying in the closet.
