The FTZ II Adapter is what you'll need to make the two systems work together. It works with most of Nikon's modern lenses, and some third-party glass.
It's a short metal tube that attaches to a Z camera on one side and mounts an F-mount SLR lens on the other. Its construction is magnesium alloy, just like the Z camera system, and it features protection from dust and moisture
