Vintage and pre-owned watches are not tested for water resistance and are therefore considered not water-tight; no water-resistance warranty is provided.

No returns or refunds are permitted except as expressly provided herein.

The buyer has forty-eight (48) hours following receipt of the item to inspect it and report any defects.

Any damage occurring during transport must be reported immediately to both the carrier and the seller.

Any defect not described in the listing must be reported promptly and substantiated with clear evidence by email to the seller.

Any request for cancellation of the sale and refund, whether partial or full, will only be considered if the item received materially differs from the listing description, including textual and photographic representations, and only after prior validation by the seller. If the seller accepts such a cancellation, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The seller shall submit the cancellation request via Ricardo within seven (7) days of the purchase date in accordance with Ricardo’s procedures, and the buyer must accept this cancellation.

Refunds, whether partial or full, shall only be issued upon successful completion of the cancellation process via Ricardo.
