In 1976 GP produced 1000 pcs. of the Olimpico reference 9238, of which some were available with white dial and black bezel and some with black dial and silver bezel, as this example. There is no record of how many of which were made.

very nice original stainless steel cushion shaped case with a few minor signs of use and some case-opener marks on the case back that screws down tight (7)

great original GP cal. 27-0, column wheel chronograph movement based on the Valjoux 72 beating 18000 A/h, with running second on 9h, central second counter, minute counter at 3h and hour counter at 6h, in very good working condition

beautiful original reverse panda chronograph dial in nice condition with aged tritium dots and perfectly matching tritium hand set

nice original bi-directional rotating bezel in polished steel in good condition with some colour loss in some of the minute markers

very good acrylic crystal with hardly any signs of wear

Bracelet / Armband / Bracelet:

new brown V-O leather strap with steel pin buckle in nice vintage look - not GP
