Any claim must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns are accepted only within this timeframe and must be sent by registered mail. Late claims will not be considered.
In case of non-serious bidding, withdrawal, or breach of contract, a fee of 20% of the final price will be charged to cover administrative and listing costs.
Shipping is carried out within 5 working days after confirmed payment. Delivery is strictly limited to Switzerland, to the address registered on Ricardo. No exceptions.
