Garantie
Auf die im Angebot beschriebene Funktion des Artikels gewähren wir 30 Tage Garantie ab Erhalt der Ware.
Tritt innerhalb dieser Frist ein Defekt auf, der die beschriebene Funktion beeinträchtigt, bieten wir nach unserer Wahl Reparatur, Ersatz (falls verfügbar) oder Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises an.
Die Garantie erlischt unverzüglich, wenn Selbstreparaturen vorgenommen werden oder der Artikel durch Dritte geöffnet oder repariert wurde.
Nicht von der Garantie abgedeckt sind ausserdem:
- Schäden durch unsachgemässe Bedienung
- Abnutzung oder Verbrauchsmaterial
- Transportschäden, die der Kunde selbst verursacht oder durch unsachgemässen Transport nach Erhalt herbeigeführt hat
- Äussere Einflüsse (z. B. Sturz- oder Wasserschäden)
Mängel müssen innerhalb der Garantiefrist schriftlich gemeldet werden.
Hinweis: Das angebotene Gerät ist gebrauchte Ware. Einige Geräte tragen noch Garantie-, Prüf- oder Wartungsaufkleber früherer Betreiber. Diese Aufkleber dienen ausschließlich als Hinweis auf den früheren Gebrauch.
Aus diesen externen Aufklebern ergeben sich keine Garantie-, Wartungs- oder Prüfansprüche gegenüber der Re-Life AG. Die Gültigkeit oder Durchführung früherer Prüfungen oder Garantien kann von uns nicht bestätigt werden.
Maßgeblich für den Zustand und Lieferumfang ist ausschließlich die Artikelbeschreibung in diesem Angebot.
Used Equipment – Safety, Inspection & Decontamination Disclaimer
This is pre-owned equipment. Unless expressly stated otherwise in this listing, our inspection and functional testing are limited to the functions and conditions specifically described in the item description.
Used laboratory, medical and industrial equipment may contain hidden defects, material fatigue, hairline cracks, internal damage, corrosion, ageing components or other defects that cannot reasonably be detected by visual inspection or standard functional testing. A device successfully completing the tests described in this listing does therefore not guarantee that all components are free from hidden defects or age-related deterioration.
This is particularly relevant to equipment containing high-speed rotating, pressurised, heated, cooled, high-voltage or otherwise safety-critical components.
For example, if the equipment is a centrifuge, shafts, rotors, rotor mounts and other high-speed rotating components may contain microscopic cracks, material fatigue or other hidden defects that are not visible during inspection and may not become apparent during a normal functional test. Such defects can potentially result in sudden mechanical failure. Rotors and other high-speed rotating components should therefore be inspected and approved for further use by the buyer/user in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements before operation.
Our testing does not constitute a comprehensive safety inspection, certification, calibration or validation of the equipment, unless expressly stated otherwise in the listing.
Before commissioning the equipment, the buyer/user is responsible for ensuring that it is suitable and safe for the intended application and for carrying out or arranging any inspections, servicing, maintenance, calibration, validation or safety checks required by the manufacturer, applicable regulations and the intended use.
Cleaning & Decontamination
We generally receive used equipment from the previous owner or operator as decontaminated and/or released equipment.
After receipt, Re-Life AG performs an additional visual inspection and reasonable cleaning/decontamination of accessible areas where appropriate.
However, our cleaning and decontamination process is based on visual inspection and accessibility. We do not normally dismantle every component, tubing system, pump, valve, reservoir, internal cavity or other inaccessible part solely for the purpose of verifying decontamination.
We therefore cannot guarantee that every internal or inaccessible area is completely free from chemical, biological or other residues or contamination.
Depending on the previous application, equipment may have been exposed to biological materials, chemicals, solvents, reagents or other substances that are not detectable by visual inspection.
The buyer/user must therefore assess the equipment in relation to its intended application and, where necessary, perform or arrange appropriate cleaning, decontamination and/or validation before use.
