The upper part is a synthetic material, elastic and the ruffles at the bottom are in cotton.
Closes with a zipper at the back.
Has an added detail in front, seen beads that make an orange flower. What I can promise is that you will turn heads while wearing it
About 80 cms total length, the white ruffles all have slightly different length. It is quite fluffy at the bottom, nice movement when you walk.
Special issue for a special girly. Works with jeans underneath as well.
