No Returns Accepted: Please carefully review the item description and photos before purchasing, as all sales are final.
Payment: Payment is only accepted via the IBAN provided on Ricardo. You will receive the necessary details once you win the item.
Communication: We kindly ask that you do not call or send phone messages. As we are working and value our private life, we will not respond to phone inquiries. Please contact us exclusively via email, and we will respond as soon as possible.
Payment Deadline: The full payment must be received within 14 days of winning the item.
Shipping: We ship items several times per week. Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 days after payment is received, except during holidays, in which case we will notify you in advance.
Important Shipping Note:
Items shipped as a standard letter (A-Mail/B-Mail) are not insured or tracked according to Swiss Post regulations. In the event that a letter is lost or damaged, no compensation is provided by Swiss Post, and we cannot be held responsible. By choosing letter shipping, the buyer accepts this risk.
