Moped with Sachs Engine (defective)

Vintage Hercules 623 Luxe moped with a Sachs engine, finished in purple and grey. Odometer shows approximately 17,400 km.

I purchased the moped from a hobby mechanic in 2014/2015. It has been stored and has not been used for more than 8 years, so it is being sold as a non-running restauration project or for parts. The current mechanical condition is unknown (sold as defective!).
