Mayor of Chicago is a solitaire game of tight management and tough choices. Each turn, you draw a city card and decide how to use it: either expand your knowledge of the Windy City by laying the card as part of the map, or hire the assistant shown on the back to benefit from a special power or scoring opportunities.
