A stunning, complete Emcomat 7 lathe—an ideal, practical tool for any craftsperson or maker.
It comes with a set of 24x Schaublin collets (ranging from 1mm to 20mm) and the original drawbar, as well as an authentic 110mm three-jaw chuck (complete with both internal and external jaws).
The original 220V motor runs smoothly and quietly.
A full set of change gears for thread cutting is included, allowing for the production of threads with pitches ranging from 0.4mm to 3mm.
Also included are various accessories, such as replacement drive belts, lead screws, and handwheel handles.
I acquired this machine from a watchmaker, but I have used it very little since then. It is in near-perfect condition. Furthermore, the shift fork—a component in the gearbox prone to failure—has been replaced with a CNC-machined, ultra-hard aluminum version, ensuring it should last a lifetime.
