To ease the process of innovating your business model, we have condensed the 55 successful business model patterns into a handy set of pattern cards. Each pattern card contains the essential information that is needed to understand the logic and concept behind the pattern. Concrete successful examples illustrate possible implementations of the business model pattern. Since the first edition in 2013, we have identified new evolving business model patterns that we have added to the existing 55 patterns.
