La Chrono-Matic 2110 fait partie des premières montres équipées du calibre 11, l’un des tout premiers mouvements chronographes automatiques. Celui-ci fut développé conjointement par Breitling, Heuer-Leonidas, Hamilton-Büren et Dubois-Dépraz. Il associe un mouvement automatique à microrotor à un module de chronographe. Cette construction se reconnaît notamment à la couronne placée à gauche du boîtier, les poussoirs restant à droite.
La montre possède un boîtier en acier de 40 mm et un cadran noir à deux compteurs, relevé par des indications et des aiguilles orange.
Le boîtier a été poli, mais conserve une bonne symétrie et des angles propres. Les gravures du fond sont légèrement atténuées, comme c’est souvent le cas sur cette référence.
Le cadran est globalement en bon état. Les sous-compteurs présentent quelques marques, peu visibles à l’œil nu. La montre est montée sur un bracelet Tropic vintage avec une boucle en acier non signée.

The Chrono-Matic 2110 was among the first watches fitted with the Calibre 11, one of the earliest automatic chronograph movements. It was jointly developed by Breitling, Heuer-Leonidas, Hamilton-Büren and Dubois-Dépraz. Its construction combines a micro-rotor automatic movement with a chronograph module. One of its most recognisable features is the crown positioned on the left side of the case, with the chronograph pushers on the right.
The watch has a 40 mm stainless-steel case and a black two-register dial with orange markings and hands.
The case has been polished but retains good symmetry and clean angles. The caseback engravings are slightly faded, as is often seen on this reference.
The dial is in good overall condition. The subdials show some marks, which are hardly noticeable to the naked eye. The watch is fitted with a vintage Tropic strap and an unsigned stainless-steel buckle.
