The Berkel Model 21 with serial number 19369 is a highly collectible, vintage manual flywheel meat slicer produced by the historic Dutch manufacturer Van Berkel.


Model Identification & History

The Model 21 was manufactured between 1948 and 1956. It was explicitly designated as "Model 21" and the specific serial number (19369) provides historical proof of its authentic production run during the mid-20th century.


The machine has been completely renovated by an official Berkel mechanic in early 2000s and currently perfectly functional!
