Beautiful vintage crystal set by Val Saint Lambert, the renowned Belgian crystal house established in 1826. This 7-piece set includes two ruby cased, cut-to-clear crystal vases and five matching harlequin-color cordial glasses with faceted stems and star-cut bases.
Vase 1: Flared trumpet with cinched waist, ruby-cased crystal, cut in an oval/lens motif with diamond cross-hatch band at the neck (20cm, approximately 1.5kg). Signed on base.
Vase 2: Taller, rounded. Ruby-cased crystal, cut in an all-over diamond/pointed motif (27cm, approximately 2.2kg). Signed on base.
Cordial glasses (set of 5): Harlequin colored cased crystals (jewel-toned bowls, clear faceted knopped stems, star-cut bases). Matched set.
Condition: Green cordial glass has minor chip in rim (see picture).
