RAPHA CLASSIC SOFTSHELL JACKET
The Rapha Classic Softshell Jacket provides riders with a high-performance jacket that is versatile enough to be worn in all but the warmest of conditions. Originally launched in 2004, the Rapha Classic Softshell Jacket is now several iterations old but still one of the best performing and most iconic jackets out on the road.
Constructed from a combination of performance polyester, spandex and a highly breathable and water resistant Hytrel membrane, the Classic Softshell Jacket boasts water-resistant, windproof highly breathable characteristics that make it essential for year-round use.
The semi-relaxed fit allows for extra layers underneath, yet with the nifty adjustment of a the drawcord the jacket fits well over just a baselayer. When the temperatures start to rise, the discreet underarm vents enhance the jacket's breathability, keeping you comfortable. Alternatively when the weather takes a turn for the worse, the drop down storm flap keeps you back and behind protected from wheel spray.
Rear cargo pockets provide abundant storage space for all of your ride essentials and the subtle piping helps for low light visibility. For this, the latest edition of the jacket, Rapha have improved the cuff bindings to make them even more effective at keeping the elements out while also integrating with your gloves to ensure that no bare skin is left unprotected.
