Velo CREATE single speed

There are two chaintings on the backwheel, for fixie or singlespeed. Right now I am using it as singlespeed. Well maintained, the bike works smoothly without any noise. I bought it second hand a couple months ago, selling it to make space for an update. It's a very nice ride for the city. I am 190 and it works fine for me, but I guess for less than 170cm then the frame is too big. Don't know the exact framesize though. Tires 700x23. The back tire has recently been changed.
