The four-channel 2/4-wire interface IF-2104 is a 19‘‘/1U appliance with an installed depth of 151mm and has an integrated wide-range power supply for connecting to 100–250V AC, 50-60Hz. The IF-2104 automatically and continuously adjusts hybrid nulling at the four-wire output. Therefore there is no need for the usual balancing procedure normally required with 2/4-wire interfaces. The IF-2104 is a plug-and-play interface. The input and output levels of the four-wire side can be adjusted by means of trimmers on the front panel of the unit.

The IF-2104 provides four logic inputs which activate either a call light signal or an S-CALL (can be set up by means of dip switches on the front panel) to the appropriate intercom channels. Also provided are four configurable relay outputs which react to either incoming call light signals or S-Calls (can be set up via dip switches on the front panel). You can adjust the holding time of the relays on the front panel using trimmers as well.

The intercom party line is connected by means of a 3-pin XLR with loop-through, the four-wire connections are transformer-balanced and provided on separate 3-pin XLRs for input and output. The IF-2104 is compatible with ASL,

ClearCom and RTS/Telex systems.
