🚚 Shipping: Orders are normally shipped on the Friday following receipt of payment. However, due to holidays, school holidays, business travel, illness, exceptional workload or other unforeseen circumstances, shipment may take place during the following week.

⏳ Contractual shipping period: Unless otherwise agreed before the purchase, the seller is contractually entitled, in accordance with Ricardo's Terms and Conditions, to dispatch the order within the contractual shipping period. Under Ricardo's Terms and Conditions, the seller may fulfil the contractual obligation within 14 calendar days after receiving all information necessary to complete the transaction (except for MoneyGuard transactions, where different rules apply). The buyer expressly agrees that shipment within this contractual period constitutes full and proper performance of the seller's contractual obligations and shall not be considered a contractual breach or delayed performance.

🔒 Tracked shipping: All orders are shipped with tracking. This is a contractual condition of the sale and applies without exception.

📍 Shipping address: The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the name and shipping address registered on their Ricardo account are complete, accurate and up to date before placing a bid or purchasing the item. Orders will be shipped exclusively to the name and address provided by Ricardo at the time of the transaction. For security and traceability reasons, shipment to any other name or address cannot be accepted. If the buyer's shipping details are incorrect, it is the buyer's responsibility to update their Ricardo account before completing the purchase.
