DESCRIPTION
For sale is a beautiful vintage Omega Seamaster Cosmic 2000 in the rare Day-Date configuration (Ref. 166.136).
I acquired this watch from a previous owner this year. In 2021 the watch was fully serviced by an independent watchmaker to ensure proper mechanical functionality. The service was purely functional, with no cosmetic restoration carried out.
The watch remains in a beautiful, honest vintage condition with an attractive patina and runs perfectly.
Importantly, the original dial, hands, and bracelet were retained during the service, preserving the watch’s authentic character.
The watch is believed to date from the early 1970s and represents a distinctive era of Omega design.
I am selling the watch because I wear it too infrequently and am currently reorganizing my collection.
