Swiss private sale from long-term collector. Full set and accurately described.
The MING 37.05 Moonphase is a limited-production independent watch that showcases the brand’s distinctive approach to contemporary horology, combining minimalist aesthetics with an unconventional execution of the moonphase complication. Housed in a compact and beautifully proportioned 38mm stainless steel case, the watch features a layered sapphire and metal dial with a deep blue-to-black gradient that constantly shifts in changing light.
The luminous ring-style moonphase display integrates seamlessly into the overall dial architecture, creating one of the most original moonphase executions in modern independent watchmaking. Beneath the surface is the manually wound MING 7001.M1 calibre, based on the ultra-thin ETA/Peseux 7001 and extensively reworked with anthracite skeletonized bridges.
Produced in limited numbers and highly sought after within independent watch collecting circles, the 37.05 balances avant-garde design with excellent everyday wearability. Details such as the domed sapphire crystals, curved lugs and Jean Rousseau leather strap further elevate the overall execution.
A highly distinctive independent watch with strong collector following and limited availability.
Presented in excellent condition as a full set with box and papers.
