🚚 Shipping
Orders are normally shipped on the Friday following receipt of payment.
However, due to holidays, school holidays, business travel, illness, exceptional workload or other unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take place during the following week.
The seller is contractually entitled to dispatch the order within 14 calendar days after receiving payment and all information necessary to complete the transaction (except for MoneyGuard transactions, where different rules apply).
Shipment within this contractual period constitutes full and proper performance of the seller's contractual obligations and shall not be considered delayed performance or a breach of contract.
📦 Combined shipping
Combined shipping is available for multiple purchases.
🔒 Tracked shipping
All orders are shipped with tracking. This is a contractual condition of the sale and applies without exception.
📍 Shipping address
Orders are shipped exclusively to the name and address provided by Ricardo at the time of the transaction.
For security and traceability reasons, shipment to any other name or address is not possible.
📸 Photos
All photographs are taken manually using professional camera equipment and strong lighting to present the item's condition as accurately as possible.
The purchase concerns the exact item shown in the photographs.
🏖️ Holiday Mode
If my Ricardo account is in Holiday Mode, please refer to the date displayed by Ricardo ("Delivery from...").
This is the earliest possible shipping date, not the delivery date.
In accordance with Ricardo's Terms and Conditions, dispatch may take place within 7 calendar days after that date.
