Zum Verkauf steht ein hochwertiges Flyht Pro Case Universal II (120 cm), welches von mir als mobile Werkzeugkiste genutzt und entsprechend ausgebaut wurde.
Das Flightcase basiert auf einem robusten Flyht Pro Universal Case II und verfügt über:
- Butterfly-Verschlüsse
- robuste Kugel-Ecken
- 4 Rollen Ø100 mm (2 davon gebremst)
- extrem stabile Multiplex-Konstruktion (10 mm)
- "Road Approved" Ausführung für hohe Belastbarkeit
- Farbe: Schwarz
Umbauten
- Vier hochwertige Schubladen eingebaut
- 540 mm Vollauszüge mit Soft-Stop und Auto-Close (schon diese Schubladenauszüge der Marke Hettich haben zusammen 200CHF gekostet!)
- Individuell 3D-gedruckte Schubladengriffe und Beschriftungshalter
- Die 3D-Dateien können einfach reproduziert oder in Onshape nach eigenen Wünschen angepasst werden.
Elektrik
- Steckdosen sind vorbereitet, um im Case eine Akku-Ladestation zu betreiben.
- Die Steckdosen sind auf der Innenseite noch nicht abgedeckt.
- Im Deckel ist eine funktionierende 12 V LED-Leiste eingebaut. Sie ist momentan nicht angeschlossen (Kabel mit offenem Ende).
- Ich empfehle den Einbau eines 18 V → 12 V Spannungswandlers, damit die Beleuchtung direkt über einen Werkzeugakku betrieben werden kann.

The original Flyht Pro case features:

Custom modifications
- Four high-quality drawers installed
- 540 mm full-extension drawer slides with soft-stop and auto-close
- Custom 3D-printed drawer handles and label holders
- The 3D parts can easily be reproduced or modified in Onshape.
Electrical setup
- Power outlets are prepared for installing a battery charging station inside the case.
- The outlets are not yet covered on the inside.
- A working 12 V LED strip is installed in the lid but is currently not connected (open cable end).
- I recommend installing an 18 V to 12 V DC converter so the light can be powered directly from a cordless tool battery.

Je vends un Flyht Pro Universal Case II (120 cm) de haute qualité, utilisé comme caisse à outils mobile et aménagé avec soin.
Caractéristiques du Flight Case :

- 4 roulettes de 100 mm (dont 2 avec frein)
- Construction robuste en contreplaqué multiplex de 10 mm
- Conçu pour une utilisation intensive (« Road Approved »)

Modifications
- Installation de quatre tiroirs de haute qualité
- Glissières télescopiques de 540 mm avec fermeture amortie (Soft Stop) et fermeture automatique (Auto Close)
- Poignées de tiroirs et porte-étiquettes imprimés en 3D
- Les pièces peuvent facilement être reproduites ou modifiées dans Onshape.
Installation électrique
- Des prises sont prévues pour intégrer une station de recharge pour batteries à l'intérieur du Flight Case.
- Les prises ne sont pas encore protégées côté intérieur.
- Une bande LED 12 V fonctionnelle est installée dans le couvercle, mais elle n'est actuellement pas raccordée (extrémité du câble ouverte).
- Je recommande l'installation d'un convertisseur 18 V → 12 V afin d'alimenter directement l'éclairage avec une batterie d'outillage.
