The Electric scooter till 500 watt and maximum speed of 25km/h is drivable by 16 years old without driving license
After purchase any further adjustment to the scooter like increasing the speed limit is not my concern and the buyer may take responsibility then if issue arises
the scooter is still like new, I still use it at the moment . everything is completely intact and will be giving to the buyer .
