Charizard Holo 4/102 from the original Base Set — the scarce 4th Print, identifiable by the “©1999-2000 Wizards” copyright line (see close-up photo). This was the final and smallest print run of Base Set, produced in far lower numbers than the regular Unlimited edition and increasingly wanted by collectors.
From my childhood collection, authentic, never graded. Condition: excellent / lightly played — strong holo shine, light surface marks visible at an angle, light edge wear and a small nick on the top edge (all shown in photos; the photos are part of the description, please zoom).
