Charlotte Tilbury Celestial Pearl Eyeshadow Quad ($53.00 for 0.18 oz.) is a new, limited edition all-shimmer eyeshadow quad for the holiday season. The quality was decent, but the formulas were best used with a dampened brush and/or fingertip for richer, smoother application with less fallout. To my eye, and even on my coloring, the colors tended to blend together and lose contrast, so it was a more muddied look--I think it'd be better paired with some mid-tone or deeper mattes.
