Produced in the early 1960s by the Dutch company Acoustical (often marketed in collaboration with Jobo), it is a collectible semi-professional turntable highly sought after by audiophiles. Mechanics: Belt-drive via a high-efficiency 6-pole Papst capacitor motor. Speed: Supports 33 and 45 rpm formats with 12% fine speed adjustment (pitch control). Components: The original platter is made of Novotex (a phenolic composite material) and weighs approximately 1.6 kg. It is often fitted with high-end tonearms of the period, such as the SME 3009 or the Acoustical AB1960. Historical value: It is a rare piece of high-fidelity (Hi-Fi) equipment from the golden age of analog.
The turntable works on both channels and the strobe is like new, exceptional motor. I have not touched it and it has been in a warehouse for at least 20 years. Extremely rare. Unique opportunity.
If it is collected, it will be tested at my home. I can ship it to Switzerland, but I take no responsibility for any damage caused during transport.
