if not differently stated, conditions of cd's and cover/sleeves/inserts are always between VG and NM. it means that in the worst case you'll find few light scratches on the cd, and slight foldings on the inserts. no problems at play and generally nice shape.
Jewel case are not graded. anyway, if not differently stated, they usually show a general wear, from light wear to more heavier wear.
